SuitonX Campus Operations

Run the campus beyond the classroom.

Connect financial, people and physical-campus operations through the same institutional platform your faculty and students already use for academics. Each office works in its own workspace. The institution keeps one picture.

Transport portal

Finance

Financial visibility connected to the student lifecycle.

The finance office works from one dashboard: what is expected, what has been collected, what is outstanding, and what needs action today.

Finance office

Collections at a glance

Expected collection, collected, outstanding, overdue and today's collection, side by side, with scholarship receivable and refunds pending beneath.

Queues that need action

Pending refunds, payment orders to reconcile, failed payments and pending concessions are listed with their counts.

From fee setup to receipt

Demands and fee setup, student accounts, payments, receipts, scholarship applications, refunds, reconciliation and reports each have their own place.

Fee status follows the student

  1. Admissions

A payment-pending stage and an offers and finance queue in the admissions pipeline.

  2. Student

Fees and payments in the student's own workspace.

  3. Hostel and transport

Fee status and no-due clearance in the warden and transport portals.

  4. Leadership

Fees collected and outstanding on the institution command center.

HR portal
SuitonX HR portal analytics overview, with employee self-service and HR administration navigation for employees, onboarding, leave queue and separation

HR portal analytics overview, viewed as college admin. Demonstration data.

HR and people

Manage the people who run the institution.

The HR portal pairs employee self-service with the HR office's administration queues, in the same platform where faculty teach.

For every employee

  • HR profile
  • Attendance
  • Leave applications

For the HR office

  • Employee records and onboarding
  • Attendance administration and leave queue
  • Recruitment pipeline, applied to joined
  • Separation and full-and-final settlement

Workforce analytics are read-only and permission-scoped. The overview pictured is the HR screen captured with data; the self-service and administration items above are destinations in the portal's navigation, walked through in a demo.

Payroll, appraisal and learning programmes are not presented on this page. The captured environment held no payroll runs or appraisal records.

Academics and people

Faculty records and teaching responsibilities, in one ecosystem.

A faculty member is an employee in the HR portal and a teacher in the academic workspace. SuitonX keeps both inside one institution, so leave, teaching load and leadership reporting are not three separate conversations.

  1. 01

    HR portal

Employee profile, leave applications and attendance administration.

  2. 02

    Faculty and HOD workspaces

Leave balances on the faculty home. Teaching load on the HOD's department faculty view.

  3. 03

    Institution command center

Faculty attendance reported beside student, program and fee indicators.

The HOD view says plainly that it is a teaching snapshot, not the full HR file. They are two views of the same institution, each kept to its purpose.

Hostel

Keep hostel operations connected to the institution.

Give wardens a dedicated operational view while keeping hostel information within the institution's wider digital environment.

Allocation and rooms
Pending allocations, waiting list, room transfers, vacancies, and beds by status: occupied, available, reserved, maintenance and blocked.
Requests and movement
Leave and outing requests and overdue returns, queued for the warden with a count on the home screen.
Residence services
Complaints, visitors, incidents, maintenance and mess operations, each with its own place in the portal.
Clearance
Hostel fee status and no-due clearance, alongside the finance office.
Warden action-required queues: pending allocations, leave and outing requests, overdue returns, open complaints, pending no-due and visitors inside

The warden’s action-required queues, from the portal home shown at the top of this page. Demonstration data.

Transport portal

Routes and stops in the transport portal. Demonstration route.

Transport

Coordinate campus transport from one operational view.

Transport officers manage routes, vehicles and passengers in their own portal, with fee status and no-due tied into the same institution.

Routes and stops
Route records with ordered stops and their pick-up and drop timings.
Fleet and personnel
Vehicles and transport staff have their own registers in the portal.
Passengers and passes
Members, applications, passes and a waitlist.
Trips and clearance
Trips, delayed and cancelled trips, complaints, fee status and no-due.

Campus services

Extend campus services beyond academic administration.

Library access, service requests and event bookings run inside SuitonX rather than beside it.

SuitonX student library page with catalog search, current loans, reservations, library card, history, and fines and dues

Library

Library, from the student's side

Students search the catalog, see current loans and due dates, place reservations, carry a library card, and check history and fines, in the same workspace as their subjects.

Student self-service. A librarian back office is not claimed.

SuitonX facilities and IT helpdesk with my requests, raise a request, assigned work, manager dashboard and central queue

Facilities desk

Give campus service requests a visible workflow.

Staff raise facilities and IT requests and follow them from open to closed. Each request is routed to the facilities or IT team and tracked against an SLA until the requester confirms it is fixed.

Assigned work, a central queue and a manager dashboard give the service team its own view.

Events and venues

Plan institutional events, book venues and equipment without double-booking, and route approvals through the institution's workflow.

Admissions

Bring new students into the same institutional ecosystem.

Admissions tracks applicants from submission through documents, eligibility review, selection, payment and confirmation, with program intake measured against seats.

  • Documents pending and resubmissions, counted
  • Eligibility review and selection queues
  • Program intake, admitted and remaining seats
  • Conversion failures, so the hand-over from admissions stays visible

Connected operations

Why one platform beats eight disconnected systems.

Choose an area to see where it meets the rest of the institution. Each connection is visible in a captured product screen. It is not a claim that every module shares every field.

Asset register and inventory
No product screens support them yet, so they are not sections on this page.
Librarian back office

Accounting ledgers and named gateways

Admissions CRM
Admissions is an applicant workflow, not a marketing CRM.
