SkillonX Edtech Private Limited
Privacy Policy
How information submitted through the SuitonX website is collected, used and kept. Written to describe what this website actually does.

This page has been prepared for the website and is awaiting review by legal counsel. Sections marked Pending legal review may change after that review.
1.Who we arePending legal review
This website, suitonx.com, presents SuitonX, a product of SkillonX Edtech Private Limited (“SkillonX”, “we”, “us”). SkillonX decides how information submitted through this website is used.
A registered address and a dedicated contact for privacy requests will be added here. Until then, use the Contact page and choose “Something else”.
2.What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website and its forms: Request a Demo, Contact and the Partner Application. It does not cover the SuitonX platform used by institutions. Data inside an institution’s SuitonX environment is handled under that institution’s agreement with SkillonX.
3.Information you give us
We only collect what you type into a form. Each form asks for the following.
| Form | What it asks for |
|---|---|
| Request a Demo | Your name, work email, phone and designation; your institution’s name, type, city, state, country and approximate size band; the areas you would like to explore; optionally how you manage them today and how you prefer to be contacted; and your main requirement. |
| Contact | Your name, email and reason for contact; optionally your phone, organisation and role; and your message. |
| Partner Application | Your name, work email, phone and designation; your organisation’s name, optional website, location and type; the partner model you are interested in; the markets you serve; your higher-education experience; a high-level description of your institutional network; why you want to partner; and anything else you choose to add. |
Every form also records whether you agreed to the processing consent (required), whether you opted in to occasional emails (optional, unticked by default), the wording and version of that consent, and when you submitted.
Please do not send student records, passwords, system credentials, identity numbers or other confidential information through these forms. They do not ask for it.
4.Information collected automatically
- Where you came from: the page that linked to the form (address and path only, without query details) and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
- Anti-abuse counters: to limit repeated submissions, the website keeps hourly and daily counts against a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored by the website. Counters are deleted once they are two days old.
- A form timing check: each form carries a signed timestamp so the server can reject automated submissions. It contains no personal information.
Like most websites, the servers that host this site may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operation.
5.Hosting and server logsPending legal review
The hosting provider and the retention period for its server logs will be named here once hosting is confirmed.
7.How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request, enquiry or partner application.
- To review partner applications and decide whether to start a discussion.
- To keep a record of what was requested, when, and the consent given.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
- To send occasional emails about SuitonX, only if you opted in.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for automated decisions about you.
8.Consent and legal basisPending legal review
We ask for your consent before you submit a form, and the optional email consent is separate. You can withdraw either consent at any time through the Contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
The applicable data-protection law and any further rights it gives you will be confirmed and described here after legal review.
10.How long we keep itPending legal review
Anti-abuse counters are deleted after two days. A retention period for form submissions has not been finalised yet. It will be published here, and records will not be kept longer than that period requires.
11.Security
Submissions are validated on the server and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Error messages never show database details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
12.Your choicesPending legal review
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop optional emails, through the Contact page. We will confirm the request before acting on it.
13.Children
The website and its forms are intended for institutional staff, partners and other adults. They are not directed at children, and we ask that student information is not submitted.
14.Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. Forms record which version of the consent wording you agreed to.
