SuitonX Pricing

A SuitonX plan built around your institution.

SuitonX implementations vary based on institutional structure, required modules, migration scope and integrations. Talk to our team to define the right configuration for your institution.

No public price listEvery SuitonX plan is defined with the institution, not chosen from a menu.

No preset tiersScope follows your structure and priorities rather than a package boundary.

Terms in writingThe scope and commercial terms for your institution are set out in a proposal.

What shapes a plan

Six factors help determine the implementation scope.

They are what the SuitonX team needs to understand before proposing a plan. They are not a list of separate charges.

Your institution’s scope
  1. 01

    Institution Scale

Student and organisational scale: how many students, departments and campuses the platform serves.

We ask about: Approximate student numbers, campuses and departments.

  2. 02

    Platform Scope

The SuitonX capabilities and modules being deployed. Academics is the core, and other modules are switched on for your scope.

We ask about: Which offices and workflows move onto SuitonX.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Configuration and rollout requirements: academic structure, roles, templates, and how offices go live.

We ask about: How your institution is organised and how you would like to roll out.

  4. 04

    Data Migration

Existing institutional data and migration complexity: which records move, and what stays archived in the previous system.

We ask about: Where your records are today and what needs to move.

  5. 05

    Integrations

Required third-party and institutional systems, such as payment gateways, mail services or attendance devices.

We ask about: The systems SuitonX would need to work with.

  6. 06

    Support

    Agreed support requirements after go-live.

We ask about: The support your offices expect once SuitonX is live.

Together they define a SuitonX plan for one institution.

How a plan is defined

From a first conversation to a written proposal.

Pricing follows scope, so the conversation starts with your institution rather than a number.

  1. 01

    Conversation

Share your institution and priorities through Request Pricing or Request a Demo.

  2. 02

    Discovery

The SuitonX team learns how your institution is organised and which areas are in scope.

  3. 03

    Scope

Platform scope, implementation, migration, integrations and support are defined together.

  4. 04

    Proposal

The scope and commercial terms for your institution are set out in writing.

Pricing questions

What institutions ask about pricing.

Is SuitonX priced per student?

There is no published per-student rate. Institution scale is one of the factors the team considers, alongside platform scope, implementation, migration, integrations and support. The commercial structure for your institution is confirmed once that scope is defined.

Can we start with selected modules?

SuitonX enables modules per institution. Academics is the core, and other modules are switched on for your scope. Whether a phased start suits your institution, and how that is reflected in your plan, is agreed with the SuitonX team.

How modules are enabled
Is implementation included?

Every institution goes through the implementation journey of discovery, configuration, migration, integration, training and go-live. How that work is scoped and reflected in your plan is confirmed in your proposal, not assumed in advance.

The implementation journey
Do you offer custom integrations?

Some integrations are built in, some work through defined imports or provider interfaces, and others are assessed on institutional requirement. Requirement-based integrations are scoped case by case, without a promise in advance. SuitonX does not offer a public developer API today.

Integration status by area
Can we migrate from an existing ERP?

Migration scope is assessed during discovery: which records move, in what shape, and what stays archived in the previous system. Migration is a reviewed process with verification by your record owners. We do not promise automatic migration from every previous ERP.

How migration works
What do we need to share to get pricing?

A short description of your institution: its type, approximate size, the areas you want SuitonX to cover and how you manage them today. The request form asks for exactly this. Please do not send student data, budgets or system credentials.

Start with a conversation about your institution.

Share your institution and priorities. The SuitonX team will take it from there.
