SuitonX Integrations

Built to fit into your digital campus.

Institutions already depend on payment, communication, identity, device and university systems. SuitonX is designed to work as part of that ecosystem, not as another isolated application.

Existing versus extensible

What works today is kept separate from what can be connected.

Not every area below is live, and we would rather say so than imply it. Each capability carries one of four states.

Available
Built into SuitonX and visible in the product today.
Supported
Works through a defined import or export in SuitonX.
Integration-ready
SuitonX has the interface or configuration point. Your chosen provider is connected during implementation.
On institutional requirement
Not a standard connector today. Assessed and scoped case by case, without a promise in advance.

Integration areas

Seven areas, described at their real status.

Vendors are named only where a relationship is verified. Today, none is published as a standard connector.

Payments

Fee collection is built in. Online gateways connect through a provider-neutral interface.

  • Fee demands, payments, receipts, refunds and scholarships

Run by the finance office, with reconciliation and receipts generated in SuitonX.

    Available
  • Online payment gateway

The finance module creates payment orders, verifies payments, records gateway events and issues receipts through one gateway interface. Your institution's gateway is connected during implementation. No gateway brand is named here because none is published as a standard connector.

    Integration-ready

Communication

In-product announcements work today. Outbound channels depend on your providers.

  • In-product announcements and notifications

Class announcements, institution announcements and notifications inside the web and mobile apps.

    Available
  • Email

Outgoing mail goes through a single mail interface with an email server configuration point. Delivery through your institution's mail service is enabled during implementation.

    Integration-ready
  • SMS and messaging apps

Platform administration has an SMS configuration point. Delivery through a specific provider is scoped per institution.

    On institutional requirement

Identity

SuitonX authenticates each kind of user separately. External single sign-on is not standard.

  • Separate sign-in for staff, students, parents, alumni and applicants

Each signs in through their own entry, and authorization follows their role.

    Available
  • Public verification of issued documents and transport passes

Issued documents and transport passes can be checked through a verification link.

    Available
  • Single sign-on with an external identity provider

    Not a standard connector today.

    On institutional requirement

Devices

Staff attendance can be computed from imported punch records. Device connections are set up per campus.

  • Staff attendance from punch records, such as biometric devices

HR attendance accepts imported punch records and computes daily attendance from them. Repeated events are ignored. Moving data from a specific device to SuitonX is set up per institution.

    Supported
  • RFID and other campus devices

    Not a standard connector today.

    On institutional requirement

Transport & location

Route and pass management is built in. Live vehicle tracking is not live today.

  • Routes, stops, fleet, passes and trips

    Managed in the transport workspace.

    Available
  • Live GPS vehicle tracking

Not live today. The transport workspace shows live tracking as not configured. GPS device integration would be scoped separately.

    On institutional requirement

University & academic systems

University timetable import and academic data imports are reviewed before they are committed.

  • VTU timetable import with preview, commit and reconciliation log

In the exam operations workspace. Each batch records validation and reconciliation results.

    Available
  • Academic master data import

Course structures, CO–PO mappings, lesson plans and question banks load through implementation tooling with validation and dry-run checks.

    Supported
  • Report and data exports

CSV and spreadsheet exports for the executive snapshot, timetables, quiz results and CO evaluations.

    Supported
  • Other university portals

    Assessed per university and workflow.

    On institutional requirement

Data & APIs

SuitonX does not offer a public developer API today. Data exchange is agreed per institution.

  • Public developer API or self-service webhooks

Not offered. SuitonX's own web and mobile apps use an authenticated application interface. Where your institution needs data exchanged with another system, that interface is scoped and agreed during implementation.

    On institutional requirement

Platform extensibility

Controlled extensibility, not open-ended access.

SuitonX is extended through configuration that platform administrators govern: which modules an institution uses, which templates it adopts, and which providers it connects.

  • Modules enabled per institution

Academics is the core. Other modules are switched on for your scope, dependencies are respected, and switching a module off keeps its data.

  • Standard templates, adopted as your copy

Assessment schemes, leave types and fee heads start from versioned templates. Your adopted copy does not change when the template is revised.

  • Staged rollout with feature flags

Capabilities can be switched on per institution. Turning on a flag does not bypass role and capability checks.

  • Provider interfaces

Payments and mail go through defined interfaces, so connecting a provider does not mean rebuilding the workflow around it.

Integration settings sit in platform administration and are managed by authorised administrators only. Saved credentials are masked and never shown again, and each change is written to the platform audit trail.

In the product today

University data comes in reviewed, not blind.

The exam office imports a VTU timetable file, previews it, commits it and keeps a batch log with validation and reconciliation results, so the office can see what changed before relying on it.
