These terms apply to your use of suitonx.com, the website for SuitonX, a product of SkillonX Edtech Private Limited (“SkillonX”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them.

These are terms for the website only. An institution’s use of the SuitonX platform is governed by a separate written agreement with SkillonX, and partners work under their own partner agreement.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a price, a service level, a warranty, a licence, a refund policy or an implementation commitment. Those exist only in a signed agreement.

We describe SuitonX as accurately as we can. What an institution receives depends on the scope agreed with it. Product screenshots illustrate the product and use demonstration data, not real institutions or people.

When using the website, please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it;
• interfere with its operation, including by overloading it or submitting forms automatically;
• submit false information, or someone else’s personal information without their authority;
• upload or send malicious code.

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not include confidential information, student records or credentials.

Submitting a form does not create a contract. A demo request does not commit you or us to anything. A partner application does not create a partnership, which exists only under a signed agreement. A careers enquiry is not a job application or offer.

The website, its content, the SuitonX name and logo, and the product screenshots belong to SkillonX or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation of SuitonX. Please do not copy, modify or republish content for other purposes without permission.

If the website links to another site, we are not responsible for that site or its content.

The website is provided as it is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, SkillonX is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
